Izhorskiye Zavody Successfully Passes Recertification Audit According to ASME CodeIzhorskiye Zavody, being a part of the OMZ Group, has successfully passed a recertification audit for the right to manufacture high-pressure vessels in accordance with the requirements of ASME Code (American Society of Mechanical Engineers).
The purpose of the audit is to confirm the capability of Izhorskiye Zavody to design and manufacture high-pressure vessels according to ASME Code Sections 1 and 2 with ASME Code stamps U and U2.
The audit was conducted by a group of authorized ASME inspectors. During the audit, design and production documents, manufacturing equipment involved in the production of high-pressure vessels, personnel certification and other mandatory requirements of the ASME Code were checked.
The audit showed a high level of quality assurance at all the stages of design, preproduction and manufacture of the vessels.
The obtained Certificate is valid until 14 November 2021.
At present, Izhorskiye Zavody has manufactured more than 20 petrochemical vessels weighing from 80 to 1300 tons according to the ASME Code for NK Rosneft PJSC, TANECO JSC and other domestic oil refining companies.
The regular successful completion of the recertification audit is a convincing proof of the high authority of Izhorskiye Zavody as a manufacturer and supplier of petrochemical equipment and provides an opportunity for successful participation in international tenders for the manufacture of equipment for oil refineries under construction and technical upgrade.
We would like to remind that in recent years Izhorskiye Zavody has been actively working to expand markets for oil refining and petrochemical equipment, search for new customers, including abroad. For this purpose, the company has successfully passed qualification audits of a number of companies-licensors, EPC contractors, customers directly. Thus, Izhorskiye Zavody has been registered with such large companies as TechnipFMC, Linde Engineering, Haldor Topsoe, ROMINSERV (Romania-Kazakhstan), Engineers India Limited (India), Shell Exploration&Production, etc.
